General Terms and Conditions of the Contest

Contest Terms and Conditions: "Win 1 of 15 Spots for My Jewelry-Making Training"

  1. Organizer
    This contest is organized by Jewelry Universe

  2. Contest Duration
    The contest starts on December 10 and ends on January 5, 2025. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.

  3. Eligibility
    The contest is open to anyone aged [minimum age, e.g. 18 years old] or older at the time of participation, residing in USA
    To participate, the following conditions must be met:

  • Enter a valid email address via the registration form on the dedicated page.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt at fraud or multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification.

  1. Winner Selection
    The 15 winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. 
    Winners will be contacted via email at the address provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within [48/72 hours], another participant will be drawn.

  2. Prize Description
    Each winner will receive free access to the online/in-person jewelry-making training, valued at $2505. This prize is strictly personal and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another person.

  3. Use of Personal Data
    By participating, you agree that your data (email address) will be collected and used exclusively for managing the contest. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
