These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the websites https://www.evoee.fr, https://jewelry-universe.com, and any associated sales pages operated by Infinity Max LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA.
Infinity Max LLC operates three categories of products: (1) digital training programs delivered with immediate access, (2) subscription-based digital content, and (3) physical goods fulfilled via third-party dropshipping suppliers. Specific terms apply to each product category and are set out below.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
Article 1 – Definitions
"Company" refers to Infinity Max LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA. "Customer" refers to any individual or legal entity placing an order through the Company's websites. "Digital Product" refers to any online course, training program, video tutorial, bonus module, or digital content sold with immediate access upon payment. "Physical Product" refers to any tangible item fulfilled and shipped by a third-party dropshipping supplier, primarily sourced from China. "Subscription" refers to any recurring membership or monthly access plan offering ongoing digital content. "Order" refers to any purchase of a Digital Product, Physical Product, or Subscription made through the Company's websites.
Article 2 – Age Requirements
Our products and services are intended for individuals aged 16 and over. By placing an order, the Customer confirms they meet this age requirement.
For any live coaching, workshops, or seminars offered by the Company, the minimum age is 18 years old.
The Company reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed by a Customer who does not meet the applicable age requirement.
Article 3 – Products and Services
3.1 – Digital Training Programs (Immediate Access)
The Company offers online training programs and courses, including but not limited to: The Art of Jewelry — Handmade Jewelry Masterclass (100+ video tutorials), bonus modules (Epoxy Resin Jewelry, Diamond & Precious Stones, Beaded Jewelry Design), and any additional courses or digital content made available through the platform.
Digital Products are delivered via email or through an online member portal. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped for Digital Products.
The Customer acknowledges that, due to the immediate digital delivery of these products, they waive any applicable statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply under consumer protection regulations.
3.2 – Physical Products (Dropshipping)
The Company also sells physical jewelry-related products through jewelry-universe.com. These products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to the Customer, primarily from China.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or differences in screen display settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
3.3 – Subscription Plans
Certain digital products may be offered under a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual billing). Subscription terms, including pricing, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days, unless required by applicable law.
Article 4 – Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an Order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout. Promotional and discounted prices are valid only for the period specified on the sales page and are not retroactively applicable to prior purchases.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The Company accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards (internationally enabled). American Express is not accepted.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment information is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. The Company does not store card details on its servers.
In the event of a failed or declined payment, the Order will not be processed and no access or shipment will be initiated.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 – Digital Products
Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive an email with login credentials or a direct access link to the purchased content. Access is typically granted within minutes of payment confirmation. Once access is granted, the Customer has lifetime access on any device, at any time.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid, active email address. The Company is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or inactive email address.
6.2 – Physical Products
Physical Products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping suppliers and shipped directly to the Customer's address from China. Standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the Customer's location, customs processing, and carrier availability.
The Company will provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Note: Delivery addresses outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 7 – Returns, Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1 – Digital Products: 30-Day Guarantee with Proof of Practice
The Company offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Digital Products from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
To be eligible for a refund, the Customer must submit: (1) a photo or video showing they have actively practiced the techniques taught in the program, and (2) a handwritten note visible in the submission showing the email address used at registration.
The following are not accepted as valid proof: screenshots of the course platform or content, photos of a screen displaying the training, or any submission missing the handwritten email note.
The following Digital Products are not eligible for refund under any circumstances: eBooks or downloadable files already accessed, gift cards or promotional vouchers, and products purchased at a sale or promotional price.
7.2 – Physical Products: 30-Day Return Policy
Physical Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. The Customer must contact contact.jewelryuniverse@gmail.com before returning any item to receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The following Physical Products are not eligible for return or refund: items that have been used, worn, or altered; items returned without prior authorization; items purchased at a promotional price; and personalized or custom-made items.
7.3 – Defective or Incorrect Items
If a Customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect Physical Product, they must contact contact.jewelryuniverse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. The Company will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to the Customer.
7.4 – Delayed or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received within 10 business days, the Customer should first check their bank account, then contact their card issuer, then contact us at contact.jewelryuniverse@gmail.com.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All content included in the Company's Digital Products is the exclusive intellectual property of Infinity Max LLC, protected under US and international copyright laws. The Customer is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private, non-commercial use only.
The Customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share access to any course content with third parties. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
Article 9 – Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Digital training programs are provided for educational purposes only. Individual results may vary. The Company makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or earnings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Max LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant product.
Article 10 – Personal Data and Privacy
The Company collects and processes personal data (name, email, shipping address, payment information) solely to process orders, deliver content, and provide customer support. The Company does not sell personal data to third parties. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy at https://jewelry-universe.com/pages/privacy-policy.
The Customer may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact.jewelryuniverse@gmail.com.
Article 11 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Article 12 – Modifications
Infinity Max LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Company's websites with a revised effective date. Continued use of the websites constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
